NFL suspends Roethlisberger for 6 games
That’s almost half of the season.
When a guy gets suspended from the NFL with still a few more months left before the 2010 NFL football season begins, you can’t help but wonder what moves will that guy’s team make to save themselves from limping out of the gates come September.
That is the dilemma the Pittsburgh Steelers are in these coming months as they prepare to start their campaign this coming season without their prized quarterback who already led them to two Super Bowl titles in four years.
That’s right, the NFL finally suspended Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for six games after rape allegations were thrown at the young NFL star. In a letter to Roethlisberger, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell
Danica Patrick to star in a video game?
It seems like the racing public can’t get enough of Danica Patrick these days.
After hinting at a move to Formula One and then deciding against it before eventually moving on from the IndyCar series to NASCAR in the 2010 NASCAR season, Danica Patrick isn’t done from engaging herself to territories that are somewhat new to her.
You see, it was just a few days ago when Danica Patrick made yet another experimenting of her own, this time though, she is trying her hand at video games. Patrick will voice a video game character in the racing game ”Blur,” which Activision is slated to release on May 25.
According to the game’s developers, ”Blur” is part ”The Fast and The
Portland wants Camby to stay 2 more years
Can you blame them? After a couple of seasons watching Greg Oden screw himself over, it’s about time those guys have a reliable center for a change.
As of this writing, the Portland Trail Blazers are still primed for a significant run in the 2010 NBA playoffs despite playing through with every injury imaginable this year. And since injuries have, for the second straight season, defined what kind of campaign the Blazers would be able to run this season, it looks like they are finally putting the pieces together that just might alleviate the problem next season.
And in case you didn’t get that, the Portland Trail Blazers are trying to sign Marcus Camby for a two-year extension, a move that the Blazers are probably

Lewis Hamilton the dirtiest driver in F1?
Now we know why Fernando Alonso hated his guts so much.
In case you missed the fourth race of the 2010 F1 season which pretty much concludes the Asian leg of this year’s campaign, McLaren scored a dominant one-two finish to put them in the lead for the constructors’ title.
Thanks to Jenson Button scoring his second win of the season, McLaren Mercedes took the lead from Ferrari in this year’s race for the constructors’ championship. McLaren now has 109 championship points to Ferrari’s 90.
However, the story was Lewis Hamilton, who finished second fastest behind his teammate to give McLaren the one-two finish. How come? Well, he was back to his old antics that estranged former teammate Fernando Alonso a

2010 NBA Playoffs West Matchups
Can the Spurs win the West from the no.7 seed?
In the West, it doesn’t matter what seed you are because any one of these Western Conference teams can go on and win the NBA championship. In the 2010 NBA playoffs, it’s more or less the same story.
Heck, Kevin Durant, the youngest player ever to win the scoring title this season, will be playing from the no.8 seed with the rest of the Oklahoma City Thunder. You see, these guys could go on and advance to, probably the second round of the playoffs. The problem is, they will be on a head-on collision with the no.1 seed Los Angeles Lakers.
That’s right, it’s the defending champions for the Oklahoma City
F1 desperate to sign Michelin next season?
F1 desperate to sign Michelin next season?
Because at the end of the 2010 F1 season, the sport will have no tire manufacturer to turn to with Bridgestone set to quit at the end of this campaign.
And since Michelin, which was F1’s ”other” tire manufacturer a few years back, is still reluctant to return to the sport, Formula One is scrambling to find a solution before this season is over.
So who’s to blame for this yet another fiasco? Well, the ”powers – that – be” of course.
It was only four years ago when the French manufacturer, Michelin, walked away from the sport after the ”powers – that – be” decided to switch to a

2010 NBA Playoffs East Matchups
Can the Bulls beat the Cavaliers in the first round?
The matchups in the East for the 2010 NBA playoffs are finally… um… finalized and while the Cleveland Cavaliers have secured the top playoff spot in the conference a few weeks ago, the remaining few seeds were not determined until the final few days of the season.
As it turned out, the no.1 seed Cleveland Cavaliers will be taking on the no.8 seed Chicago Bulls, who secured the last playoff spot in the East after beating the playoff-pound Charlotte Bobcats, hence denying the Toronto Raptors of postseason play for the second straight year.
Kudos to coach Vinny Del Negro and the rest of the Chicago Bulls for overcoming a late-season injury
McLaren hasn’t tapped its full potential
Whitemarsh claims McLaren hasn't even tapped to its full potential yet.
With his McLaren team still 10 points behind Ferrari for the constructors championship this 2010 F1 season, team boss Martin Whitemarsh refuses to even think that McLaren can’t get past their Italian rivals this year.
So far, McLaren’s campaign will be noted more for their mistakes than their wins. Take for example the debacle they had in Australia where Lewis Hamilton could’ve finished at the podium if it wasn’t for the poor tire strategy call they made.
At the following race in Malaysia, McLaren once again made a huge boo boo when they sent their drivers out late in qualifying, relegating both Hamilton and defending champion Jenson Button, to the
Is Philadelphia starting Kolb a mistake?
Yes, Kevin Kolb will be starting for the Philadelphia Eagles once the 2010 NFL football season gets here. That’s right, Kolb will finally get the opportunity to show Eagles fans why their team drafted him three years ago.
And as far as Kevin Kolb is concerned, he’s ready for the challenge ahead. Andy Reid has already talked about how much confidence he has in Kolb and the command his young quarterback has over the Philadelphia Eagles offense. Kolb feels it’s his time to show the rest of the world that he is a star in the NFL.
”Everything I’ve done in my life has led to this,” Kevin Kolb said. ”I’m ready to roll and lead this team.”
Alonso still the most hated man in F1?
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Yes, Fernando Alonso is making new enemies again after only three races into the 2010 F1 season. In case you didn’t know, he kicked off the new season for his new teammates from Ferrari with a win in Bahrain but after failing to get a podium finish in the last two races, Alonso is back to what he does best, talking.
You read it, Fernando Alonso is talking again, only this time, he’s not talking about how much he hates Lewis Hamilton or how pathetic he thinks Renault is. This time, he’s talking about team Red Bull and how insignificant he thinks Red Bull’s one-two finish in Malaysia is.
It was
