The Former Duke Blue Devils stand out, Luol Deng has decided not to go under the knife for his stress fracture in his right tibia. This marks the end of a great run for Luol Deng after playing the entire 82 games in the 2006 – 2007 NBA Regular Season.
The Chicago Bulls would surely miss the services of a very versatile forward in Luol Deng. Luol Deng also is on the cover of the popular EA Sports Video game NBA Live ‘09 in the UK and Ireland available on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii.

Luol Deng also said that he wants to see how his leg reacts to the increased activity in his workouts and then decide again whether to undergo surgery. Luol Deng is also doing well this year despite the addition of rookie sensation Derrick Rose with the Chicago Bulls averaging 14.1 PPG 1.2 SPG and 6 boards per contest.
“I want to play” Luol Deng said “It’d be great if I can get back, especially because we should make the playoffs.”
